"Good Packaging, Just a Bit Too Much Tape"
Overall, it was a smooth experience. The package arrived in good shape and the shirt was wrapped really nicely. My only small complaint is that there was a little too much tape, so opening it took more effort than expected.

I’ve worn this a couple times now and it feels solid. The print still looks good after washing too, which is usually where I decide if something is actually decent or not. I took one star off because the sizing feels kind of weird, even though I probably should’ve checked the chart better. Overall though, I like it

"Really cool vibe overall"
I really like the style, everything feels unique and has a cool edge to it. From the look of the designs, I’m guessing they’re going for a bold, statement-piece kind of vibe, which definitely works. I just wish a few items were a little more toned down so they’d be easier to wear day to day.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from Gallery Dept. the shipping experience was really frustrating. It said my order would ship in a few days, but more than a week went by with basically no movement and no real updates.
I kept having to check on it myself and still had no clear idea where my order was. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the prices they charge, the shipping should be way faster and way more organized. I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Delivery was fine, customs was the tiring part"
My order arrived from overseas in good shape, so no complaints there. I’m just a bit worn out by the whole customs thing, the extra fee was annoying and it added a few days to the delivery. Still happy I got it, but the process felt like one more hassle.

"Nice-looking site... but kinda frustrating!!"
The site looks really nice at first, but actually using it was a bit of a headache!!! Pages were loading slow for me, and trying to check out on my phone felt way more confusing than it should’ve been.....

"Easy Tracking and No Surprises"
I liked that the tracking updated quickly, so I always had a good idea of where my hoodie was. It ended up arriving exactly on the day they said it would, and the whole order was smooth with no issues. Overall, I’d say it was a really easy experience and I’d be comfortable ordering again

I had a small issue with my order and expected it to turn into a whole hassle, so I emailed them feeling a bit annoyed. To my surprise, they replied quickly. The person helping me was kind and didn’t make me feel like I was being difficult, which made a big difference. They fixed everything without complicating it, and I felt really relieved afterward. It just left me with a good feeling about the company

"The whole return process took way..."
The whole return process took way too long. I sent everything back and then just sat around waiting for my refund, which showed up much later than it should have. Support barely replied, and when they did, it felt like they were hiding behind little policy loopholes instead of actually helping. Frustrating experience overall

"Pricey, but kind of what I expected"
I’d heard this brand was better quality than the usual stuff, and the shirt kind of confirmed that for me. The designs feel a bit more unique, not like something you see everywhere. The price is definitely on the high side, so I did hesitate before ordering, but once it arrived it felt solid and looked good. I’m still convinced it’s better than most cheaper options, but I’d probably wait for a sale before buying again

"Pretty solid so far"
I picked up a hoodie from gallerydept.com a few months back, and I’ve worn it a bunch since then. The fabric still feels good and sturdy, and the print hasn’t really cracked much after a few washes, which is nice. The only thing is the cuffs got a little loose faster than I thought they would, so that was kind of annoying. But overall, it’s holding up well, not perfect, but still durable for what it is

"Fit was actually right on"
I ordered a hoodie from gallerydept.com i was ready to be annoyed because sizing is all over the place with some brands. I just went with my usual size anyway, and then suddenly I was like, wait, this actually fits exactly how I wanted. It’s loose without looking like I borrowed someone else’s hoodie.
The sleeves hit right, the length was good, and it didn’t have that weird boxy fit I was worried about. I went from skeptical to impressed real quick, so yeah, I’d definitely stick with my normal size if I bought another one.

I ordered a Gallery Dept tee and, i was mainly trying to see if it was actually real because people are always skeptical about stuff like this. But it showed up with the right tags, the print feels solid, and it looks like the ones I’ve seen in stores before. Shipping did take a little longer than I would’ve liked, but that doesn’t mean the item itself wasn’t legit. The quality is good and I’d order again, just probably not if I needed it super quickly.
